These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your use of the LUXi platform, which includes ride-hailing, car rentals, investment opportunities, and other mobility solutions.

Services Offered
LUXi provides a range of premium mobility services, including:
- Luxury Ride-Hailing Services– Book a ride for point-to-point trips, hourly hires, or full-day services
- Car Rentals & Leasing– Short-term and long-term luxury car rentals with flexible payment plans.
- Car Ownership & Investment Plans – Drivers and investors can purchase cars outright or via installment
- Corporate Travel Services– Executive transport solutions for businesses, VIPs, and airport pickups.
- Freight & Logistics– Secure and reliable logistics for cargo and goods transportation.
User Eligibility & Registration
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Drivers: Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and pass LUXi's vetting process.
- Users: Must register with accurate details and comply with data security policies.
Car Ownership & Investment Plans
LUXi offers multiple ownership options:
- Outright Purchase – Buy a vehicle independently or lease it to LUXi for a revenue share.
- Installment Plan (Driver-Investor Program) – Drivers pay gradually while using the car.
- Partner Investment Plan – Investor’s finance cars for drivers and earn revenue over time.
Driver Responsibilities & Earnings
- Drivers must remit a percentage of their earnings if on installment.
- Must follow safety regulations, vehicle cleanliness, and customer service guidelines.
- Failure to meet payment obligations may lead to vehicle repossession.
Vehicle Registration & Compliance
- Vehicles must meet LUXi's standards (roadworthiness, insurance, branding).
- Regular servicing is mandatory.
Payment Terms & Fees
- Payments via approved digital payment methods.
- Late payment penalties may apply for investors and drivers on installment plans.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations within 5 minutes are free; late cancellations incur fees.
- Refund policies are outlined in separate agreements.
Limitation of Liability
LUXi is not liable for accidents, damages, or unforeseen ride disruptions.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action.
Updates to Terms
LUXi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified accordingly.
